The Philip D. Lewis Homeless Resource Center, a longtime advocate for the homeless, opened in July 2012 as Palm Beach County’s first homeless resource center. It provides temporary housing for up to 90 days and serves as the point-of-entry for families and individuals experiencing homelessness in Palm Beach County.
Recently, GL Homes volunteers made a significant impact at the Lewis Center by providing 70 dinner meals and preparing two days’ worth of bagged lunches for distribution to the center’s guests.
A heartfelt thanks to the Feeding South Florida catering department for providing an outstanding meal.
