Homelessness is often unseen or pushed aside, but The Lord’s Place M.A.R.C.H. to end homelessness will support the most vulnerable residents in Palm Beach County.
The M.A.R.C.H. (Mobilize, Advocate, Respond and Commit to end homelessness), a 5K walk, will take place in downtown West Palm Beach to bring local and national awareness and raise critical funds for programs and services to address the issue of homelessness.
Participants will have the chance to engage in conversations about solutions to homelessness and learn about the initiatives that can make a difference. The march culminates in a gathering where individuals can celebrate their commitment to the cause and share their experiences.
The inaugural M.A.R.C.H. award will be presented to GL Homes, a Florida homebuilder, that has made unparalleled contributions to break the cycle of homelessness and combat hunger in Palm Beach County. The Lord’s Place and GL Homes are celebrating their 10th anniversary in partnership.
A special thank you to WPEC Channel 12 anchors Sam Kerrigan and Matt Lincoln who interviewed The Lord’s Place and GL Homes on the CBS station’s 9am morning show. Thank you to Sam and Matt for their professionalism and genuine interest in The Lord’s Place mission to end homelessness.
